    E. Warren Development Corp. is more than just a market. EWDC is a community and economic nonprofit (501c3) working to support the revitalization of the E. Warren Corridor.


    We are intentional in working to support our local & small businesses to grow, sustain and thrive. ​ E. Warren Development Corp. serves the E. Warren Commercial Corridor through the MorningSide, East English Village and Cornerstone Village neighborhoods.

    E. Warren Farmers Market

    E. Warren Farmers Market is a weekly seasonal market, generating more than $200k back into the pockets of our hyper-local vendors. We accept SNAP & WIC. Current schedule: June - Oct, Thursdays, 5pm - 8pm.

    Community Engagement

    Our community engagement arm, Restorin' E. Warren, aims to work alongside our 8,700 MorningSide, East English Village, and Cornerstone Village households to solicit and implement feedback.

    Development Assistance Program

    EWDC works in partnership with developers and businesses working towards occupying spaces along the E. Warren Corridor. Our differentiated support model allows up to tailor support in a variety of ways from building the capital stack to navigating the development process.

    Technical Assistance

    We recognize that businesses are in various stages in their careers. We offer in-house training or partnership opportunities for technical assistance ranging from establishing an LLC to Marketing and branding best practices and so much more.

    Entrepreneur Support

    Starting a business can be a daunting task, but there are a plethora of resources out there. EWDC works to help connect these dots and navigate the various stages of entrepreneurship.
